Renew License

As you get close to the license expiration date the Renew License button, found in the Help-->About CPA window, will become active.



You'll receive a message indicating how many days are left in your current license period and asked if you want to renew your license. Click on the Yes button to renew. 

You will be presented with a window that has an option to Buy Online Now.



Choosing to buy online directs you to the Website where you can purchase a new 365-day license.  You will then receive a new program serial number.

After you receive your new serial number return to the Help-->About CPA window and this time click on the Continue button.  Note that any remaining days, if any, on your previous license period are dismissed at the time of renewing your new license.

After choosing to continue you're presented with the Online Activation window.



How you activate your new license depends upon whether or not your computer is connected to the Internet.  

Click here if your computer is connected to the Internet and you want to auto activate.

Click here if your computer isn't connected to the Internet.

Connected to the Internet and Auto Activate

If your computer is connected and you want to auto activate then select the Auto Activate option and click on Continue button.



When the Online Activation window appears enter your new serial number and click on the Continue button.



That's it.  You can confirm your new 365-day license activation checking for the presence of the Tools --> Check For Updates menu option or check the information in the Help-->About CPA window and confirm the license expire date.  (Note you'll need to restart CPA to reactivate the Update option.)



Computer Isn't Connected to the Internet and Manual Activate

A manual activation can be done by either telephoning or sending email to the support team at .com.  Send your email to support@.com.  

There are two pieces of information that you'll need to provide the support team at .com in order to perform a manual activation:
  • Your serial number (This was provided when you purchased your software.) 
  • Your activation request code. (CPA provides this when you choose the Renew License option.)



    support will then provide an activation code.

    Now, with your serial number and new activation code, navigate to the Help-->About CPA window and click on the Renew License button.



    You'll notice only the option to manually activate is available because no active Internet connection was found.  Click on the Continue button.



    Enter your new serial number and click on the Continue button.



    Click on the I have my Activation Code-Enter it now button.



    Then enter your new activation code and click on the OK button.



    You can confirm your new 365-day license activation checking for the presence of the Update menu option.  (Note you'll need to restart CPA to reactivate the Update option.)



    You can also check the information in the Help-->About CPA window and confirm the license expire date.
