Activation Overview
Installing a purchased copy of Cell Phone Analyzer (CPA) requires activation of the software before you can use it. The software is activated to one computer but can also be transferred to another computer if needed. The activation procedure requires the installation to communicate with the Activation Server. After you purchase a copy of CPA you will receive a serial number. The serial number and the activation request code are sent to the Activation Server that will then provide your ability to unlock the software.
There are two methods to obtain an activation code for unlocking your software; automatic and manual.
The automatic method requires a live Internet connection. This is the simplest method and requires the least amount of interaction from you. All you need to do is enter the serial number and software owner information. CPA will send the serial number and the activation request code to the Activation Server. This exchange of data happens behind the scene and automatically.
If you installed CPA onto a computer that doesn't have an Internet connection then an exchange of information must be done manually. You will need to contact .com or BKForensics.com with your serial number, activation request code, and your software owner information and request an activation code. You can make contact by either email or by telephone. You will receive the activation code that you enter into CPA to activate the program.
