Trouble Shooting

Rolling Clock Back: You can roll your system clock back 24 hours and then running CPA without any problems.  Rolling back more that 24 hours can corrupt the license validation file.  A 24-hour roll back is allowed so that time zone adjustments can be made during a forensic examination.

If the license validation file is corrupted you'll receive a message similar to the one below may appear.

Note that rolling the clock back more than 24 hours will only affect the CPA license validation file if CPA is started while the clock is rolled back more than 24 hours.

Screen Resolution: CPA is designed to use Window's standard font setting (96 dpi) and a minimum resolution of 800 by 600.  There are several images in this help file so viewing the file in full-screen may be desirable.

Delayed Installation After Purchase:  The 365-day license period begin when the license is issued.  Any delay installing the program will use up days in the license period.  However, we do add a 60-day buffer to allow for a delay in license activation to account for delay and to help you ensure a full 365 licensing period.
